🧵 Made-to-Order Items

Because our products are custom-made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description.

📦 Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or has a printing defect, please email us at themrhandmadestudio@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

• A photo of the damaged item and packaging

• Your order number

• A short description of the issue

We will review the issue and offer a replacement or full refund if eligible.

🔁 Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds will be processed using your original payment method once your return or issue is approved. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

• Incorrect sizes ordered (please refer to our size chart before placing an order)

• Delays caused by shipping carriers
